- Supporting only $10.00 (non-attending, but entering art or vids)

Attendees of Revelcon must be 18 years of age or over. Congoers 16 to 17 years of age may attend with written permission from a parent or guardian, or if accompanied by an attending parent or guardian.
REVELCON 23 Refund Policy:
- Cancellation before the first price increase (postmarked or email received by August 31, 2011), convert membership to supporting, refund all but $10.
- Cancellation between the first price increase (September 1, 2011) and before the second price increase (postmarked or email received by January 31, 2012), convert membership to supporting, refund all but $35.
- Cancellation after January 31, 2012, no refund.
